Jan Kamp Justesen is the CEO of LB Forsikring A/S and has been part of the organization since 2007. Prior to his current position Jan was CVO (Chief Value Officer) and CFO (2014-2022). Before these roles Jan held the position as manager of Claims and Reinsurance (2007 – 2010) and the Chief Risk Officer (2010-2014). Before joining LB Forsikring Jan was Execute Director at Willis Towers Watson within Reinsurance broking in the Nordic region. Jan is on the board of Nærsikring (workers’ compensation) and Insurance & Pension Denmark. He holds a MSc in economics from Aarhus University and an Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London.
